Story behind the product:

At Gym Dad Fitness, it’s not just about being a dad—it’s about being a leader of men. When developing ideas for the clothing line, I sought input from the younger generation at the local YMCA in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Gym Dad Fitness isn’t exclusively for dads; it’s about inspiring and supporting the next generation as well.

One of my favorite parts of my fitness journey has been training near a local high school, where I’ve been able to share my passion and experience with younger gym-goers. Understanding that a shirt with “dad” on it might not appeal to men in their early 20s, I welcomed their feedback and ideas when designing this alternative logo and bold, oversized shirt. Several individuals even trialed the shirts for weeks beforehand to ensure they were up to the Gym Dad Fitness standard.
